Project Introduction

Thi Nai Eco Bay is an eco-tourism and resort development located in Thi Nai Lagoon, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. The project is master planned and architecturally designed by OasisConcept. Situated in a naturally rich area by the lagoon — a place poetically referred to as “the land of water peacefully waiting to be awakened” — the project aims to create a model ecological urban area that harmonizes modern architecture with natural landscapes.

The project is located in Zone A of the Northern Ha Thanh River Urban–Commercial Area, where landscape, ecology, and transportation advantages converge. With a vision for sustainable development, Thi Nai Eco Bay is designed not only as a livable residential space but also as an ideal destination for both domestic and international tourists.

A Master Plan Reflecting Local Identity

Based on in-depth studies of the region’s lagoon ecosystem, mangrove forests, aquatic topography, and traditional settlement patterns, the project is organized into five distinct “eco-villages”, each with its own character:

• Thi Nai Lagoon Villas: Clusters of houses built alongside the lagoon, either floating on water or adjacent to rivers and canals, offering unrestricted views and direct contact with nature.
• Beachside Resort & Retreat Zone: Featuring upscale villas and 3–5 star hotels, integrated with marina docks and riverside dining.
• Comprehensive Public Facilities: Including international schools, supermarkets, sports complexes, public squares, and green parks.
• Unique Internal Transportation: A mini rail system (Le Petit Train) connects the villages, complemented by pedestrian paths, roads, and waterway transport.
